Here are all my recipes that have no refined sugar. All recipes have no sweeteners or are naturally sweetened with ingredients like coconut sugar, honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup or simply fruits. For babies under 12 months I do not recommend using any sweeteners apart from fruits.
